et le manque de main d\u2019\u0153uvre\u202f: le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en \u00e9tait arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 supporter le service client en r\u00e9ceptionnant les appels directement \u00e0 son bureau.<\/p><p>La mise en place d\u2019un portail client dans lequel chaque utilisateur pouvait en toute simplicit\u00e9 effectuer une requ\u00eate qualifi\u00e9e a grandement aid\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019all\u00e9gement et au recentrage des taches de chacun.<\/p><p>Bien entendu, on pourrait croire que tout \u00e7a ne peut se faire sans un accompagnement au change management au sein d\u2019une organisation\u2026 Mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, si l\u2019outil s\u2019adapte aux utilisateurs, il peut aussi tout \u00e0 fait \u00ab\u202f\u00eatre con\u00e7u de fa\u00e7on \u00e9volutive, au rythme des employ\u00e9s, pour \u00e9pouser leur fa\u00e7on de faire tout en optimisant l\u2019approche\u202f\u00bb comme nous dit Claudine Audet,
