The onboarding process consists of several key moments that mark a new talent\u2019s arrival in our teams, namely the first day, week, and month. We strive to make these important times the most friendly and complete possible for each new hire, while adapting to each job, team, and personality.<\/p>\n

  • Meeting with your manager and team<\/strong>: Generally, these are the first people you will meet around a coffee, for example. It\u2019s the perfect time to meet your colleagues.<\/li>\n
  • Meeting your buddy<\/strong>: His or her role is simple: to answer all your questions about the company, processes, teams, etc.!<\/li>\n
  • Assisting to the People & Culture\u202fpresentation<\/strong>: During this meeting, our team will present nventive\u2019s fundamental elements related to company culture and human resources processes.<\/li>\n
  • Configuring your hardware<\/strong>: Whether it be your accesses or security advice, our hardware team will ensure you have all the necessary elements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    • Finalizing the installation of your hardware<\/strong>: You will have the opportunity to settle in and to get everything you need for an ergonomic and efficient workspace.<\/li>\n
    • Participating in the office\u2019s social activity, the notorious\u202f\u2018Fun Thursday\u2019<\/strong>: Every Thursday, our social club finds us a good excuse to get together, whether it be for a breakfast, a tasting, or a drink.<\/li>\n
